A Good Vibe State of Mind.

Note, that this tribe is called “Monk Mamas”, with an S. That is plural sister! Because we CAN NOT do this alone! I have spent 20 years hunting a cure for depression and anxiety and I know you may not have that kind of time! I want a platform for mamas to support each other and embrace a “Good Vibe State of Mind.” Not just for yourselves but for your sisters. We ARE going to have different parenting styles because we ARE all different but we can teach each other, we can make this world a little better than we found it and our anxiety and depression CAN kick rocks! We have answers that others are searching desperately for and missing out on life and raising their humans, so lets share it!

I am so glad you are here mama! Take a deep breath and exhale slow…three times. You are safe and doing something for yourself which will positively serve everyone around you. You are a loving spirit who wants to turn pain into power. If you are feeling anxious , thank your body. Thank your body for giving you a que to tell you to stop and heal. Did you know anxiety is our bodies way of helping us realize we have some inner working out to do? Our bodies are so smart mama. So lets stop. Breath in for four counts, hold that breath for four counts, and release the breath now for four counts. Lets do this four times. While doing this create a positive mantra for yourself. I am strong, I am productive, what ever speaks to you. We just did some good work. Your heart rate has slowed, perhaps your blood pressure has lowered…. This is just a few minutes of your day. What if you dedicated a few minutes a day, an hour a week, for a month, two months? Life Coaching worked for me and I know it can work for anyone who can do what we just did, breath.
